(Management Cont.)
UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT CHAPEL HILL
Project Office Management - SI and C.O.O., Harvey Seim
Seim continues in role as
COO; this year is proving
challenging due to funding
situation. New project
manager, Capt. Parker
Lumpkin, brought onboard
Dec 1, 2005. Parker has come
up to speed quickly on the
project and is contributing
significantly to improved
communications. Attempts to
hire a project associate have
been stymied by rapid turnover
at UNC-CH; 2 different hires
(Jeremy Heuts, Allison Blaire) were very effective but short-lived. Currently without a PA and expect to remain this way
due to funding issues.
