Contact information for the file.   Example: “Data Manager (data_manager@institution.edu)” :Conventions   Text. Name of the conventions used for the file. If there is another convention followed, then add this to the character array.  For example, use “CF-v1.0;COARDS” if following the COARDS and CF-v1.0.  Note the capitalization of the attribute name. Example:  “CF-1.0”. The following  global attributes are required by the SEACOOS data scout.     :format_category_code Text.  The specified SEACOOS format or data model of the netCDF file. These formatting categories are described in more detail in Section 5.  Only one of the options below is a valid entry for this attribute.
